A dedicated mobile app for your Hallway Monitors and Campus Aides. Add a staff member's email in the Users section, and they can sign in with their Google account and get started right away.
What your team can do
- See all currently active iPasses across the school in real time
- Scan a student's Badge QR code to instantly verify their pass
- Revoke a pass or log an incident on the spot
- Track students who have left classrooms without permission
- Search any student and view their schedule
Admin Analytics in iPass Viewer
As an admin, you also have access to the iPass Viewer app — no separate Campus Aide role needed. Inside, you'll find an Analytics tab showing top locations, most frequent pass users, and pass activity charts over time.
